Returns and exchange details:

If there is a problem with the item you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible. Refunds and exchanges are generally accepted but are handled on an individual basis. The following basic guidelines are applied to most scenarios:

• Items that are returned due to misrepresentation of product will receive a full refund and the customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the return shipping.

• Items that are returned though accurately represented in the item's description, measurements, etc will receive a full refund for the price of the item sans shipping charges.

• Once the item has been exchanged for a new one, the sale is final.
