shipping policy

Please allow up to ten calendar days for the production of your jewelry items and an additional 2-3 business days for US shipping. (Orders shipping outside of the US generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive). You will receive an email when your order has been shipped to you.

US orders are shipped with tracking via USPS priority mail or USPS first class shipping. You can find tracking information in the "order has shipped" email you receive from Lyndsey Rieple Jewelry. 

International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. International customs charges vary by country and package and are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller.

Shipping prices:

USPS Flat Rate with tracking number >> FREE SHIPPING

USPS 2nd Day Delivery with tracking number >> $10.00 per order, $11.00 per item

International Shipping with tracking number >> $8.00 per order, $6.00 per item (cost varies)

Orders can usually be rushed with a 25% addition to the cost of the item price. Feel free to drop a line to receive more information on this option.

Please contact me ASAP if you have placed an order with an outdated address. Lyndsey Rieple Jewelry is not responsible for packages mailed to incorrect or outdated addresses. Misaddressed items are generally returned to the sender and can be reshipped for an additional shipping charge.

Lost packages, while extremely rare, do happen on occasion and will be handled on a case by case basis. Items that have tracking info indicating that the item was delivered successfully will not be replaced.
